Hello, my name is Amy Cleveland, Executive Chef.  I have been with the company for 21 years and have experienced every aspect of the business.  All of it has been very challenging; however, my current position is definitely my favorite.  I really enjoy making great food for great people--our customers!!  My mission is to make sure all of our clients are extremely pleased with the unique menu they put so much time into choosing.  Thank you so very much for allowing me the pleasure of preparing your special menu...bon appetit!
