The next generation of the Williams family has finally taken the plunge in our own Lake. That’s right we have officially taken ownership of the business. After 20 years, we figured it was about time. We are happy to say with the help of our family and amazing community of Medina, we have enjoyed many successes to bring us to this opportunity. We could never have done this with out the love and support of Virg and Nancy Williams and Don & Beulah Lott.
The extraordinary efforts of our family team led by executive chef Amy Cleveland, sous chef Jeremi Miller, Jen Nau coordinator and assistant general manager, and Rose Francis-Marandola coordinator, have led us to many awards by our community for you banquet and catering needs. With our team in place and ready to go, we are here to make your next event the success you want it to be.

My name is Mark Williams and I am the General Manager here at Williams on the Lake. I am the oldest of the second generation of Williams, and my wife, Aly, and I are hopefully raising a successful third generation. I have been a part of the food service and hospitality industry since the age of 16, and I still love it! Working with our clients is definitely the best part of the job. Each guest, whether a bridal couple or a corporate client, is special, and our job is to fulfill those unique needs with a high quality, timely and economical response. If you ever encounter an issue with our staff, facilities or services don’t hesitate to call on me. However, with the great responses we always receive, I’m much more accustomed to praise from satisfied clients and guests!

Hello, my name is Alyssa Williams, but you can call me Aly. I have worked at Williams on the Lake since October of 1994. I began my career here as a server, just learning the basics. (Lesson #1: Make sure EVERY guest here knows how important he or she is to us!) As time went on, my job expanded to bookkeeping, to Office Manager, and then to Sales Manager.
My duties have grown throughout the years but I will never forget that every guest matters. My goal as Sales Manager is to let all clients know that during hectic planning times, all of our staff is here to help them with their questions, concerns and needs. (Lesson #2: There are no stupid questions!)
My husband, Mark, and I especially enjoy coming to work each day to help our bridal couples create their dream weddings. I truly hope that they will be as happy together as we are.
I believe that what sets us apart from our competitors is the fact that we are a family. Our family truly cares about making your special day a joyful experience that no one will ever forget!
Hello, my name is Amy Cleveland, Executive Chef. I have been with the company for 21 years and have experienced every aspect of the business. All of it has been very challenging; however, my current position is definitely my favorite. I really enjoy making great food for great people–our customers!! My mission is to make sure all of our clients are extremely pleased with the unique menu they put so much time into choosing. My name is Jen Nau, and I am one of the event coordinators here at Williams on the Lake. I joined the Williams on the Lake Team in 2008 with 13 years of experience in the service industry. I love what I do for so many reasons! I really feel like this job was made for me. It is very rewarding to help couples plan the day that marks the beginning of their lives together. Seeing how happy they are and knowing I helped make their wedding day special really puts a smile on my face.
I am also married and the mother of two boys. My husband even works here part time because we love Williams on the Lake so much!

Welcome! My name is Rose, I am proud to say that I have been with Williams on the Lake family for almost 8 years. I have, however, been in the service industry and catering business for nearly 28 years. In those years I have been married for 19 yrs. and have 3 beautiful boys.
My goal is to give my clients the “Ultimate Client Experience.” I am committed to help build relationships that will last a lifetime. I live to create the dream wedding, through the desire to achieve the happiness of my client. I promise to ensure that each client receives prompt, professional, friendly service.

Hello, my name is April L. Sawicki. I have been in the food service industry since I was 14 years old. One of my gifts is to serve others — this is something that I feel extremely rewarded being able to do.
I was born and raised in Medina County. My husband Chris and our two girls and I still reside here in our hometown.
